Access your Identity Profile
Your user profile can be accessed by logging in to your account and viewing their user dashboard. Users can upload identity information from the dashboard, set up authentication methods, view linked devices, and see general information regarding their accounts.
Identity Wallet
The identity wallet contains all the identity information you have provided to the portal. Users can upload new identity documents and view the identity documents they previously uploaded.
Unlocking your Wallet
Before accessing your wallet, you will need to unlock it by entering your 8-digit pin.
Enter your pin and click next to unlock your wallet and access your profile.
Identity Documents
To view the details about the identity documents you already provided, click the document type you wish to view.
Enroll an Identity Document
To enroll an identity document, click enroll under the document you wish to add.

Unenroll an Identity Document
Users can unenroll their driver's licenses or ID cards at any time to completely remove any saved document information from their identity wallet.
After unenrolling your driver's license, you will no longer be able to verify your identity using this document. All previous identity verification information relating to this document will also be removed.

Devices
To see which devices are currently linked to your account, click the devices tab. Users can also add additional authentication methods from this page: platform authenticators and security keys.
Please see Setup Authentication Methods for more information on authentication methods for your account.
Users can remove devices linked to their accounts by clicking the small trash icon next to the unwanted device.
Account Information
General account information can be seen by clicking the account information tab. This page shows your account status and the email address and phone number used to create your account.
Invites
The invites tab allows you to view how many invitation emails were sent to your email and whether or not you successfully onboarded yourself.
