The Linux host must have outbound network connectivity to the 1Kosmos cloud for authentication requests to reach the platform. Ensure the following before installation:

• SSHD service is running on the Linux host

• The host can reach 1Kosmos cloud endpoints over the network

• Root access is available on the Linux host
